The concept is simple, perhaps some of you can relate out there. Not every young girl or boy’s family is able to afford the soccer season subscription year after year. Adding up with tournaments, it can go from 600$ to 800$ for just 6 months of playing. I didn’t mention “travels” since some parents are stretching extensive hours at work, and so the kid has no way to make it out to a game, unless they are old enough to take the city bus.
I was “partially” one of these kids at times, however my mate Gildas endured much more than me. I brought this reality to light so you can now understand the purpose of Football Saved My Life; to support young kids that live up to these challenges.
